… so coined, by a house guest from the Bay, because we live in urban Orange County on just under 3000 square feet. Yet, we manage to raise a lot of our meat and grow a significant percentage of the vegetables we consume. This site is dedicated to our successes and failures and well, some of the antics, which are endemic to the urban farming process.
Our hope is that by sharing our ideas and activities, ludicrous as they may seem, that we might inspire others with little to no space to seriously explore the idea of growing and raising their own food in an urban setting.
